We grew up playing competitive sport, where performance, discipline, and the strength of the team shaped results. We learned early that adding or losing one person can shift the dynamic of an entire group.

We began our careers in recruitment on the same day and were promoted to senior positions together just 18 months later. Early on, we saw firsthand the impact the right people can have on performance, culture, and long-term outcomes.

 

Alongside this, a foundation in Organisational Psychology reinforced something we already believed. Performance is rarely accidental. It is shaped by clarity, behaviour, motivation, and the environment people operate within.

Over time, it became clear that there was space for a recruitment firm grounded in behavioural science. One that combined a performance mindset with high-quality delivery and genuine partnership.

Waypoint was created to be that firm.
