Any orders made via the Apollo Training & Consulting Pty Ltd (T/as WayPoint Training & Consulting | WayPoint People) referred to as "WayPoint" website will be emailed to your stated email address as stated within your online order. Prior to any order, a customised mode of delivery can be arranged such as a cloud based file sharing system, or freighted on a USB external Memory Device within Australia. Deliveries will be via Australia Post with freight and USB charge to be added.

Delivery times following an online order are automated to be instant upon payment, however delays may be experienced due to technical faults or otherwise. In this case, WayPoint will dispatch (or email) your order via the above methods within 2 business days. For Postal deliveries, freight times are estimated to be between 3-7 business days subject to your location in Australia.

When you make an online order and the purchase has been marked as complete by WayPoint, you will receive an email containing your order confirmation and order details. This email will contain a link, or attachment to your  materials ordered. 


WayPoint make every effort to ensure the currency of materials being purchased and an explanation / product description is provided with every item / product. Refunds due to customers changing there mind is not a valid claim under the Consumer Guarantees Act, therefore a refund is at the discretion of WayPoint. WayPoint will make a fair and valid judgment with respect to returns, and assist consumers with meeting there needs within the Consumer Guarantees Act. 

Irrespective of any fault in the product / services purchased via the WayPoint website, we have an obligation to comply with the Consumer Guarantees Act.
